What is 192.168.1.250?
192.168.1.250 belongs to the private address range and is used by routers as the default gateway. This address is only reachable within your local network and cannot be accessed from the internet.

Some devices use a different default address. Try these alternatives: 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1, 192.168.100.1. You can also find the correct gateway address in the network settings of your operating system.
⚠Multiple devices on the network
If you have more than one router or modem (e.g. a modem-router combo from your ISP plus your own router), make sure you are connected to the correct device. Each device typically has its own admin address.
